Gelweave™

Gelweave™ is a zero porosity gelatin impregnated graft and is available in straight, bifurcate, single and multibranched configurations that are primarily indicated for cardiothoracic and thoracoabdominal applications.
 
The polyester structure features ¡°floating yarns¡± that create a velour on the external surface of the graft, encouraging better attachment of ingrowing tissue and an improved healing capacity.
The sealant can be loaded with heparin to provide additional active thromboresistance within the graft and/or bonded with antibiotics for extra protection against postoperative graft infection in high-risk cases.

Ante-Flo
Antegrade flow made easy by the side branch may offer minimised circulatory arrest time, lower risk of neurological deficits, maintenance of graft integrity and convenience.
 

 Extra Length Ante-Flo with Offset Branch
 Left subclavian artery repair and redirection of blood flow to the intercostal arteries. 
 

Pre-curved Ante-Flo
Permits antegrade bloodflow. Closely matches aortic arch anatomy and reduces the potential of graft kinking.
 

 3 and 4 Branch Plexus
Aortic arch and associated major artery replacement.
Antegrade flow provided by the side branch may offer reduced operating time, reduced incidence of temporary neurological deficits, preventive effect against embolic stroke, maintenance of graft integrity and convenience.
